Thank you for choosing to book with Alancia Suites. We hope you will enjoy your stay. The following terms and conditions apply to your booking.

• All rates are quoted in Euro per room and night, including all taxes.
• Check in time from 15:00 till 21:00 pm
• In case you need to check in any other time later, please let us know and we will be happy to wait for you.
• Check out time until 11:00 a.m.
• Extra charge will apply for late check out until 18:00 however subject to availability.

Please note that we cannot accommodate childrenunder 14 years old in our unit.

CANCELATION & CHANGE POLICY

(Only applies to bookings made on alanciasuites.com the website) 21 days before arrival it is possible to cancel, amend and change your reservation at no cost. (Change of dates is subject to availability) After that period of time any cancelation occurs the penalty of a non-refundable deposit, unless travel is not allowed, due to governmental restrictions or flight cancelation.
